What is NevTan Mail?
NevTan Mail is a business email service that brings your inbox, custom domains, calendar, meetings, and team admin controls into one secure workspace.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can set up email on your own custom domain (you@yourcompany.com) with a guided flow that verifies SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for reliable delivery.
How does the calendar and meeting feature work?
You can create and manage meetings directly from your inbox and sync them to your own Google Calendar. When scheduling, paste in a Zoom, Google Meet, or any video-conferencing link, and NevTan Mail reminds you before the meeting starts.
Is my email secure and private?
All traffic between your browser and NevTan Mail is encrypted with TLS, and access is protected by session-based authentication and role-based controls. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Can I migrate my existing email?
Yes. You can import your existing mail from Google, Yahoo, or Zoho over IMAP using an app password you generate at your current provider, so you keep your history when you switch.
How is billing handled?
Subscriptions are powered by Stripe and billed yearly — you pay once a year for the mailboxes and storage you choose. You can change or cancel your plan anytime and download your payment history from the admin area.
How NevTan Mail uses Google data
Connecting your Google account is optional and used only for calendar and meeting features. When you connect, NevTan Mail requests permission to manage calendar events (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events) so it can create, update, and delete the meetings you schedule in the app on your own Google Calendar and notify attendees.
We request only the access needed for these features, we never sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Calendar screen, which deletes the stored authorization. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.
