What's the catch with free business email?
There isn't one. Some 'free' email providers make money by scanning your mail for ad targeting or selling data. NevTan Mail doesn't do either, on any plan — we make money when teams choose to grow past the free tier.
Do I need my own domain to use free business email?
Yes — a custom domain (you@yourcompany.com) is what makes it business email rather than a generic personal inbox. The guided setup walks you through connecting a domain you already own or a new one.
What happens if I stop using my free account?
Nothing breaks. Free accounts don't expire from inactivity as long as you stay within the free tier's 5 GB and 10 mailboxes.
