Getting Started
How do I create a NevTan Mail account?
Go to mail.nevtan.com and choose 'Get started' (or 'Sign in' → 'Create account'). You'll enter your full name, a business email, a company domain (e.g., yourcompany.com), and a password. After you submit the form, verify your email via the activation link we send. Once verified, you're ready to set up your domain and mailboxes.
What is a company domain and why do I need one?
A company domain is the custom domain (e.g., yourcompany.com) used for your team's email addresses (e.g., john@yourcompany.com). NevTan Mail is built for business use, so every account is linked to a domain. This lets your team send and receive email from professional, branded addresses rather than generic providers.
How do I verify my email address after signing up?
After registration, we send a verification email to the address you provided. Click the link in that email to activate your account. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder. You can also request a new verification email from the login page.
Can I import my existing emails from another provider?
Yes. NevTan Mail imports mail over IMAP using an app password. After signing in, open Settings → Import mail, choose your provider (Google, Yahoo, or Zoho), enter the source address and a provider-generated app password, and pick which folders to bring across. Your existing emails are copied into your NevTan inbox in the background, and status is shown in the import panel. Imports are currently capped at 500 MB.
