Step-by-step migration
- Confirm IMAP and app passwords are enabled by your Workspace admin
- Create an App Password for Mail
- Sign up at NevTan Mail and verify your domain
- Import mail over IMAP with the app password
- Create mailboxes for your team (roles included)
- Point MX records at NevTan Mail
- Forward from Workspace during transition
- Cancel Workspace once mail flows correctly
