Set up your team
If you're setting up NevTan Mail for your organization, this is the fastest path from an empty account to a team that can send and receive email on your domain.
The six steps
Create and verify your account
Sign up and click the activation link. See Create your account.
Add and verify your domain
In Admin → Domain, add your domain and publish the DNS records we show you so mail can be delivered and authenticated. See Add & verify a domain.
Confirm SPF and DKIM are correct
Before sending real mail, check that every record — especially SPF and DKIM — shows as correct on the DNS screen. Without them, other providers can reject your mail as unauthenticated. See DNS records & email authentication.
Create mailboxes
In Admin → Mailbox, create a mailbox for each teammate. See Create & manage mailboxes.
Add capacity if you need it
Build and buy a plan for the mailboxes and storage your team needs. See Plans & pricing.
Invite your team
Share each person's address and password. They sign in and can change their password later. See Signing in.
Verify your own email first
Verify before creating mailboxes
You must verify your own email address before you can create mailboxes. If you see a banner asking you to verify your mail, open the activation email we sent and click the link, then return to the admin screens.
