Plans & pricing
NevTan Mail is sold as storage packages, billed yearly. A package decides how much storage each mailbox gets and what each mailbox costs for the year; you choose how many mailboxes, and pay that price for each one.
How pricing works
The price is the package's per-mailbox price multiplied by how many mailboxes you buy. So Growth is $2 a year for one mailbox with 35 GB, $4 for two mailboxes with 35 GB each, and so on. The storage figure is per mailbox too, so two mailboxes on Growth is 70 GB in total.
Billed yearly, never monthly
Plans are billed yearly only. The app may show an approximate per-month equivalent, but nothing is charged monthly. Free costs nothing however many mailboxes you take, up to its limit of 10, and never expires — no card required.

Basic vs Free
Basic is the paid twin of Free — the same 5 GB mailbox, without the 10-mailbox cap. It's there so a team that needs an eleventh 5 GB address doesn't have to buy 35 GB of storage per mailbox it will never use.
The live rate card is always what the pricing page and the plan builder show — packages can be added or re-priced, so treat the table above as the current line-up rather than a permanent one.
Choose your package
In Admin → Subscription, open the Buy a Plan tab and set:
- Package —
Free,Basic,Growth,BusinessorPro, which sets the storage each mailbox gets. - Number of mailboxes — the package price is charged for each one.
- Term — pay for 1, 2, or 3 years up front. The yearly price is the same; a longer term simply covers more years in one payment.
- Domain — which domain the capacity is credited to.
The summary shows the total for the term before you check out.
Good to know
- Plans stack. A domain can hold several at once — each is billed separately, and their mailboxes and storage add up on top of your free allowance. Need more capacity? Buy another plan rather than replacing the one you have.
- Need less? Cancel a single plan under My Subscriptions; the other plans, and your free allowance, carry on untouched.
- Moving down to Free isn't a plan change — cancel the paid plan instead, and the free allowance applies once the paid period ends.
- Before subscribing to a paid package, you authorize saving your card and the yearly auto-charge with a consent checkbox — it's never turned on for you. The free package never asks for a card.
- Your custom domain is included for the lifetime of the account — there is no separate domain charge on top of the package price.
- You can cancel or change your plan at any time.
