Plans & pricing
NevTan Mail is usage-based and billed yearly. You choose how many mailboxes you need and how much storage each one gets, and you're charged once a year for that capacity.
How pricing works
The price is a simple formula: the number of mailboxes, multiplied by the storage per mailbox, multiplied by the per-GB yearly rate.
The rate is shown in the app
The plan builder shows your exact rate and currency. The standard rate is $2 per GB, per mailbox, per year. Plans are billed yearly only — the app may show an approximate per-month equivalent, but nothing is charged monthly.
Build your plan
In Admin → Subscription, open Build your plan and set:
- Number of mailboxes — from 1 up to 100.
- Storage per mailbox — choose a tier:
1,2,5,10, or25GB. - Domain — which domain the capacity is credited to.
The summary shows the total for the year before you check out.

Good to know
- Each domain can have one active subscription at a time. To add mailboxes or storage to a domain that already has one, change the existing plan rather than buying again.
- Before subscribing, you authorize saving your card and the yearly auto-charge with a consent checkbox — it's never turned on for you.
- You can cancel or change your plan at any time.
