How your data is protected

• All traffic between your browser and NevTan Mail is encrypted with TLS.
• Access is protected by password sign-in and session-based authentication.
• Role-based access controls mean people can only reach the mailboxes and admin features they're authorized for.

Your email content

NevTan Mail doesn't read your email content for advertising. Your mail is processed to deliver and display messages, detect spam, and keep the service secure. See the Privacy Policy for how email content is handled.

Connected Google data

Connecting your Google account is optional and used only for calendar and meeting features. NevTan Mail requests only the access those features need, never sells your data, and doesn't use it for advertising. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored authorization.
